Before you begin therapy, your first session is a Pivotal Pathway Discussion. This is a free 15-minute zoom or phone call to discuss your needs.

When you book your first therapy session, a $40 holding deposit is payable. This secures your appointment and is refunded after your first session.

If you cancel or reschedule your therapy session with less than 24 hours notice, and we cannot fill your appointment, a $75 cancellation fee will apply.

Clients with a Mental Healthcare Plan are eligible for the reduced session pricing for 10 sessions in a calendar year.
